none - some tyres are like that - really annoying but you don't really notice it that much when cycling.

I've met this - don't have an answer I'm afraid, but on a conti 26 x 1 1/2 tyre with the same thing it cured itself when I had a puncture. The tyre did about 100m while stopping and was fine after it was retubed and reinflated.

Make of that what you wish!

A mare. End of story.

Try to roll the tyre over the rim from the rear, if you know what i mean? Rather than using your thumbs to prize it over the rim, try to roll the rear side over as much as possible before thumbing the bead over. Usually this will provide enough stretch to allow the remaining tyre to do as it's told!!

put in 'just' as much air as will stand your weight then a couple of slow rides up and down the street, put in a bit more air and if still not settled then another ride.
some of em are a real pain.
