What type of frame is it?
I had flaking paint on my matt black alloy frame at the dropout and they swapped it no problem when I called into the mail order warehouse in Bamber Bridge, infact I can't complain at all with the service I have had from Ribble so far...
I asked for the frame to be swapped and ready within a week and it was.
Oh and the shop in Preston is never going to reopen again all their business is now going to be mail order only, but you can order online and pick up from the Bamber Bridge office.
