Yes I can, Yes I am, Yes I did...Repeat.
I put two cycle shirts in the wash and dryer machines. Both emerged minus the zip toggle gizmo:banghead: . Never happened before.

Gizmos lost in machine somewhere....can hear them rattling. checked filter but no gizmos..yet.

So, being a tight fisted git, I'd rather replace the gizmos with new ones than buy new shirts.

Where does a chap start to look when he needs help with his zipper?

Repairing your shirts are one thing, but if it was me, I would be more concerned about retrieving the two 'zip toggle gizmo's' from the machine! They could and probably would (if it was my machine) cause a block eventually leading to other nasty machine ailments. Cue CC's that know more, like - why, how and how to avoid.

Look in the folds of rubber on the door seal. If I ever want any spare change, that's where I look (Mrs F being seemingly unable to empty pockets before putting things in the wash)

As well as looking in the door seal, look inside the filter. It is normally in the door frame and should just pull out, it should be cleaned after each wash anyway but that is where all the water passes through and therefore logic dictates it shall be the final resting place.

I found mine in the pump, wrapped around the impeller

You're supposed to empty your own pockets before putting stuff in the wash basket :ninja:
