I'm at my wits end trying to get through to the above. I've tried phoning them but get met with an automated message that gives me push button options then can't understand what i say to it. I'm also having trouble hearing some of the message. I've been to the Sky stand in Blackburn shopping centre but they just passed the buck by giving me this number 03442 414 141 which leads me back to the automated message. I've tried to e-mail them but the e-mails wont send. Can anyone find me the right e-mail address please,as i can't get through to them by phone. Thanks for any help!

Live chat. Failing that cancel your direct debit and they'll get in contact sharpish.

I'm on disability benefit, and have Sky. There's times when I'm not able to get out of the house because movement is limited.

I don't smoke and seldom drink, last can drunk was just after midnight(early morning) on 10th April 2015. One before that was half an hour earlier. Deliberate on my part, given I was at a hospital later that day.

Bin them, go to BT TV. In the first two months you'll have saved enough to more than cover the Sky cancellation cost. That's unless you like paying for Rupert Murdoch's Viagra.

Right i'm getting mad now! The "we promise to respond within 24 hours" has passed by without any reply so far.

They said the last time i hinted at cancelling my contract that they'd bill me £65 for doing so. Could they do this? They'd have to take the money out of my account and if i authorised the bank to stop it surely they wouldn't be able to? The trouble is that if i go with another supplier they probably wont be able to connect me any sooner than Sky could.
