Trash SKY, go Virgin Media if in your area. I have had a couple of problems with my landline, one due to corrosion in their pavement box. I booked them online, they came on time and were very good. Same goes for my switching boxes when I moved and went HD. You can go on their website book engineers and run tests yourself. I've heard bad things about Sky, have been with Virgin for ages now and the service is generally very good although I do find the Tivo box a wee bit sluggish. Overall though, I am quite pleased with them.
 
Do you not have access to Google for all these inane questions? Its up there people asking on Facebook what time the doctors is open.

Just craving attention.

Do any of you have a link to a better internet supplier? Sky have eventually replied,with this.

I gave them my account number 2 days ago but again no urgency on their part to reply. I tried their phone in service yesterday but had to put the phone down as i just couldn't make the voice machine understand what i was saying. This is so bloody frustrating!
