Ayundante have been donated a possible Tom Bromwich road frame, the paintjob is quite poor and the stickers look brand new. Numbers on BB seem to be 12 - 1913 or 1813
, run of the mill lugs but lighter than I expected so probably a reasonable tube set. TT 57cm, ST 55cm
I've found out he was based in Coventry and was active in the early UK MTB scene but know nothing else about the frame or builder

@FishFright Tom Bromwich was building frames a long time before the mtb scene arrived and yes he was based in Coventry current frame builder Lee Cooper worked with him into the 80's.

See my earlier thread Brace of Bromwich's on a similar looking frame , can you see any frame numbers under the fresh looking paintwork ?

What is going to happen to it ? And is there any forks or just a frame ?

Frame number - under the BB are; 12 and under that is either 1913 or 1813 it's hard to tell under the paint.

There is only the frame, no forks. It arrived along with a couple of Raleigh's and a BSA which I will get photos of soon.

It'll probably be sold as is or restored in some way if the numbers make sense. It's too big for me else I'd be having it myself.

@midlife I'll get photos of the head tube lugs done soon .

Please do as that would go together nicely

I can see any numbers etc on the fork at all so all I can say is that they are the same colour and it's rather light.

I would wager that that frame is not a Bromwich. The lugs, braze-ons and dropouts are consistent with any old bog standard Raleigh/BSA/British Eagle. I've seen his work, it's exquisite. I owned a Bromwich for a bit, and that doesn't look anything like anything I've seen a Bromwich sticker on. Paint looks rattlecan too.

That's how it was donated along with a couple of old step through Raleighs , a BSA and Gazzelle . The old guy didn't think he'd have the time to finish the restorations .
The paint is poor though and the stickers are for sale on ebay so ...

Lets be honest any re painted bike can have stickers applied so it looks like a certain brand and quite often it's hard to prove otherwise .

The 4 digit frame number fits in with other Bromwich bikes i have owned but like @mickle has said they don't look to ooze quality of other Bromwich bikes so it could be one or on the other hand it might not be .

With the poor quality paint and wonky decals it's not going to be worth a vast amount either i don't think
