Help needed.

Please help the wife snores it's doing my head in.I have not had a full nights sleep in weeks.I am fed up with pushing and prodding her trying to stop it.Is there any proven remedies out there.

easy part exchange her for a younger model who wont have time to snore !!

I don't know your wife so this may not be relevant, but apparently being overweight can be a cause, so losing excess weight can be a cure.

Of course I snore on occasion, so if she's as slyph-like as me , that doesn't help.

My wife snored like a crumpled trombone until she had her deviated septum fixed.

They chiselled out her nose, and given the choice between local and general Anesthetic she chose local so she could try and watch the operation!
