Help on pricing these spares (105 shifters and front mech - 5700)

I have the following items lying around but, I'd appreciate members views on pricing.

I believe they are 5700. Removed from a 2013 Boardman Team Carbon when it was upgraded to Ultegra components.
Shimano 105 10 speed shifters
Shimano 105 front mechanism.

Ebay has a few shifters alone, in not as good condition advertised between £50-84. What would members recommend as a fair price for all 3?

I gave some of my never going to be used again spares to a local bike coop. They are always after bits and pieces to fix up bikes for those less advantaged as ourselves.
