Help - Vittoria Zaffiro Clincher Tyre

Does anyone have any experience of or thoughts about Vittoria Zaffiro Clincher Tyres?

Depends how's you ride, but generally hard wearing means not a lot of grip, especially in the wet.

Cheers. I don't plan to do any real wet riding on this bike for a while yet (That's what the MTB is for ) so they may be a good choice

No, I had some Rubino 3 rigid tyres, though. 3500 miles, no p*****s and decent grip. Your link describes folding tyres, I don't think they are, as the folders are listed separately. Seems like a low TPI count at 26.

I'm sad but I am looking for some with Yellow in them

rode `em for a coupla years, lots of miles (well, to me anyway!)... about a 1000, never had a puncture and rode really well, had absolutely no complaint with `em at all, unbeatable for the price ... just make sure you keep them up to your chosen pressure, in my case it was 95/100 psi at the back and 90 on the front and you won`t go wrong ....

23's are very strange to ride on. I am used to a min of 2.1 MTB tyres!!! That said after 55 miles they felt great. Am yet to corner fast mind

Zaffirios are bottom of the range and offer no puncture protection.

The vittoria brand is very good, my choice is the diamente (sp)
