Hello, would anyone here be able to advise me as to what the correct set of tubes is for my bike and where I can buy it. Every set of tubes I see has multiple measurements which I just can't get my head around! I'm after buying a second set of what I thought were THE tubes but again turns out they don't fit. I would very much appreciate any suggestions as to what tubes I need and where to buy them. I'm attaching 2 pics: one of the tyre and one of the old tube. Thank you!

Pick an innertube that says 700 x [Width range], where the width range includes 28.
For example, a tube that says - 700 x 23 -32c will be perfect for your bike.

Barnet,
Agree with the above.
700c with the range of widths.
You are running 28mm tyres at the moment so any tube stating 28 on the sizing.

Might be easier to fit the ones where 28 is at the top of the range, than the bottom, eg 20-28
