Help with tyres sizes

@atsgmo strip the calipers down cleaning up the central bolt and refitting with some grease will make a difference .

As for pads try sjs cycles and Koolstop amber pads once you have wiped the rims down .

You have all been so helpful thank you. I have a feeling the chain needs to be replaced as it is in a really bad way. But I can't quite tell which size chain would be right. Is it possible for you to see from the photos which chain would be right. It's a ten speed chain

Is there a special tool I need to buy to change the chain and remove the links? Sorry I am asking such basic questions!
