It’s an old Specialized Rockhopper hardtail MTB, presumably with 26” wheels. For the frame size, look for a sticker or measure the frame

Look on Gumtree. A search I just did turned up about thirty. Its been produced since the eighties so many different variations. If you want the specs you'll need to find out the year.
