So, the roads are still too iffy here in East Scotlandland, and I CBA to do yet another day on the rollers, I thought I'd show you some foties of my bikes.
Roughly in order of when I got them, here we go:
8394299215_63f32e16bb_m.jpg

Ribble fixed, Columbus SL frame, 1992, got it the day after I stopped smoking.

Marin Bear Valley, Tange frame, 1996. I don't do mountain biking, hence the skinny tyres.

Joe Waugh, 653 frame, 1997. My only custom frame, still my favourite bike. Pimp my ride!

Airborne Zeppelin, 2003. Noticed a small crack at the chainstay/BB weld in 2010 after about 25,000km, got it repaired, still going strong.

Orbit Gemini, 2004. We bought this, third hand, soon after we got married. It's great fun!

Blue Ribble, 2006. Well, everyone needs a blue Ribble! Currently set up for the turbo, with tri-bars so I can get used to "the position" before the summer.

ST John Street Cycles, Tange frame, bought second hand 2007, built up with bits. A heavy but very comfy bike.

Yellow Ribble, tatty frame bought second hand and cheap, 2010, again, built up with spare bits. The main winter bike.

van Nicholas Zephyr, 2010. I bought this to replace the cracked Airborne frame before I knew it could be repaired! Well, N+1 and all that!

And finally, de Rosa Avant, bought last year as a "significant" birthday present! I'd wanted a de Rosa for over 20 years. I can't ride fast enough to justify it, but it's lovely!

So, I hope I've obeyed all the rules: chain on big ring, valves at 6 o'clock etc etc. Sorry for the rubbish foties, but I hope you enjoy criticising the bikes! :thanks:

ETA: I thought you could click on the pics to see them bigger, but it doesn't seem to work. If you want to see them full-size, try this: http://www.flickr.com/photos/the_ecks/

Nice collection there, I love the Joe Waugh & the DeRosa. I keep admiring the DeRosa bikes at the LBS every time I pop in there.
