Star Wars, Star Trek, Battlestar it is all the same and all pants.

The Rolling Stones is just a noise to me.

I found The Office cripplingly bad and I think Ricky Gervais is overrated.

Much as I loved Harry Potter books, I am not a huge fan of the films and I have no desire at all to read or see The Cursed Child.

Also

Terminator is a better film than Terminator II. In fact, T2 ruins the perfect circle of T1.

The Black Adder is better than Blackadder II.
I have to firmly disagree about The Black Adder. Better than 3 maybe, but only 4 beats 2. Nursie was the best character ever and gave me the name my sister calls me to this day. Bernard.

Oh, I can up the ante here.

Having seen Journey's End, Oh What a Lovely War et al, read All Quiet on the Western Front, studied the poetry of WWI etc etc I found Black Adder Goes Forth rather derivative and obvious.

(I was also rather shocked that members of the previous government attributed the "lions lead by donkeys" to BA rather than to 100 years of tradition and scholarship)

Contrary to received wisdom, I think the TV version of Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy was better than the radio series. It had the joke about the cow that wanted to be eaten, as well as the rock star who was being dead for a year for tax reasons.
TV was not better than Radio, Every version is total crap
Pulp Fiction, utter shite.
Now this is true heresy
Pink Floyd were utterly crap once Roger Waters left.
Pink Floyd have always been crap, will always be crap
Kate Bush. Wailing cow.
This isn't heresy it's the truth

I can see the point about it being derivative and obvious, I too have read the poems and read AQOTWF et al, however it is true to say that the majority probably haven't read such things, so to the unknowing etc, this may have been the only way they have had any visual association with WW1.

I do have to agree about the previous government, but then these days nothing the government says or does surprises me.
