Arthur Ramsden arrived on Friday!! Don't let anyone tell you that if you exercise during pregnancy you'll have an easy birth - 36 hours and a c-section later, we finally got him out. But it's seriously all forgotten now and we're just besotted!!

Good luck to Mrs Flying Monkey, the next forummer to have a baby!! For goodness sake, tell her to have an epidural. Epidurals have now replaced bicycles for me as man's finest invention!!
