Those are likely very good hex keys, possibly overkill, but a good very long term investment.
Ratchet hex keys do exist, but I just use a socket on the end of the wrench then put the hex bit in it. it is okay, not great for serious business as the hex bits can drop out if you angle it down. Also, the less points of contact the better for high torque situations.
Coincidently, I spent about 15 months working on machines like those you sell (I have installed, moved, stripped and re-built a few slitters, in addition to expanding machines and sheering machines).
