Must have been waiting on the bike for at least 5 minutes to cross the busy A4260 in Oxfordshire this morning and a motorist slowed down to let me over. That doesn't happen very often - thanks!

On a club ride, trying to cross a busy duel carriageway (ages ago) a big lorry's driver flashed us across and stopped the cars from overtaking him, so we could all safely cross
