shame the video is too blurred to read the number plate on the front of the unit, top tip if you have to report one of the foreign idiots don't get the reg number off the trailer, get it from the tractor unit, everywhere else in europe has seperate registrations for trailers over 750kg so you regularly see eastern european tractor units pulling french & dutch trailers, I also have it on good authority that one company who carry a fork truck on the back of the trailer fit number plates on the fork truck from the scrapyard, so you have no chance of identifying them
