Greetings from Kent. Started cycling last summer for fitness on an old mountain bike. Was going great, dropped a couple of stone then had a nice run-in with a dog resulting in a broken wrist and injury to my knee. That out of the way early this year I got myself a carrera hybrid for the very short commute to work and Long rides through town and country. Thoroughly enjoying the all new world of cycling and will be looking for all your advice when I take it to the next level with a friend who has been cycling for years.
