Hit and run accident (whilst driving)

I have now reported it to the police, after the hassle of finding a normal telephone number I could actually call from this side of the border (I had to phone Guards to get it!) and waiting in a queue for ever, being passed around different people, getting all sorts of sarcasm and basically told to stop wasting their time as there is nothing they can do, I insisted on getting an incident number. I think the PSNI need to brush up on their customer service skills.
