Hit by a car while cycling, Heald Green - Trying to find witnesses

I was hit by a car while cycling near the Griffin Pub in Heald Green at 11:50am on the 27/06/15. I'm trying to find witnesses, if anyone can help me out it would be really appreciated.There were two cyclists who stopped to help me at the scene of the accident and I am trying to get back in contact with them.
