You need to make clear what's going on, because I see 6 minutes of video and no issue with the pass at the start (camera might not be too good)

I didn't go past the 20 seconds.

Didn't look like the bus hit you, the bike didn't even wobble and looking at the footage it looks from my perspective like there was plenty of passing room??

I think the camera angle is making the pass seem a lot further away than it was. It appears to be a handlebar mounted cam and obviously the cyclist's physical envelope is going to be closer to the near side of the bus. In the image below you can see how the bus is pulling back in on the cyclist and I'd imagine the rear quarter of the bus made contact? The driver should have used the outside lane to execute the manoeuvre.

NB I only watched the first 15 secs.

Not good driving, but did it touch you ?

Using the frame posted above, and using the bus wheel as a guide there would appear to be 5'-6' between the bus wheel and the kerb. Far from desirable, but in the pantheon of close passes it's not likely to feature on Britians Chumpiest Drivers with a witty into by Harry Hill.

The I/P does not state if he was injured - if he was not, there there was no lawful requirement for the bus to stop anyway.

I think all the buses have CCTV. I don't know if the angle works, but they will look into it if asked.

If injured, report to the police. And write to the chief exec of Arriva, sending by registered post. Or seek legal advice

Or all of the above

I'd say posting the video on YouTube before doing the above is the last thing the OP should have done

Some not all, depends on the operator, round me the main bus company does have CCTV and their drivers are amongst the best bus drivers I have come across, giving way to right turning traffic and this afternoon one bus driver despite having the right of way on a narrow road past parked cars stopped to let me slog up hill past the cars and the bus.
