I remember watching a program on it once, i then tried it properly (not just breating in and hoping for the best) i lay on my bed, did the braeting patterns they were, then breated in heavily and continued to gulp in air. I managed just over 2:10, was suprised when i looked at the stop watch, i just closed my eyes and tried to switch off. Anything more than that requires training though, that dude is just ridiculous!
