I like the Campagnolo cranks !

There are a few things which make me think that it has been resprayed . The lack of a head badge and Holdsworth transfer on the seat tube make me a bit suspicious . The front gear lever has been replaced with a clamp on one .
What make are the brakes ?

Sorry, I’d been off grid for a while..

The brakes are Campagnolo. See the pictures attached. They are in pretty good condition.

The frame had most likely been resprayed. I’m not in contact with the person who build the bike and renovated the frame however I know that the frame was an original as the stickers indicated. The reason it would have been resprayed is to make it look nicer. I suspect the frame could have been bought as a project. The person who did it worked renovating classic cars. So even if the frame would have been in poor condition, the renovation would have been done to the best classic standard.

Is there a number on one of the rear dropouts?
There are no numbers on dropouts. The only serial number I could identify is the one seen in picture attached.

If you are still thinking of selling it . Take some pictures of the cranks and chain rings to show what make and style they are . There may be a name written on them. There was an order of rank among the names of equipment . Also take pictures of the brakes and levers , and rear derailleur. Also the hubs and rims to show what make they are .
It seems that they simplified the graphics used on the Holdsworth models of that period and did away with the Holdsworth transfer badge on the seat tube . Not sure what type they used for the steering tube . Might have been a transfer or stick on one and not like the old metal rivetted ones.
You might have to fight off buyers with a muddy stick !
Good Luck .
