Hollowtech 2 (not Octalink) threaded BB removal

Not having the space to get really nasty with this, I've given up, and will junk the frame. Have my eyes on a Scott Speedster frame not too far from here that is ready to build onto. Just need a band-on front triple shifter and I'll be good to go.

Do you know what OD for the band-on FD you need? I have a 31.8mm FD-6603 you could have.

There's a band already on the frame, so maybe it can be fitted to that? But I suspect 31.8mm may well be correct anyhow, so yes please!

Oh, definitely a Halfords frame, quite nice otherwise. Anyhow the incoming Scott frame is a step up from the one I had, with a lighter frameset and carbon/aluminium fork.
