The only thing that I had salt to is the occasional treat of a fish supper.
The bread seems to taste fine without it.


Whatever suits your tastes, just remember that the salt has functions other than flavour; a preservative, and it helps strengthen the gluten, giving a better rise along with improved crust and crumb.
