Hope RX rotors with Shimano road calipers

Morning all,

I was wondering if anyone had experience of using Hope RX discs with Shimano road calipers. I know that there can be problems with the rivets fouling certain calipers (only with MTB calipers in my experience) and would prefer to avoid an expensive mistake.

Can't see there'd be any problems using the correct sized rotor.

With the MTB ones they can foul certain calipers, even with the correct sized rotor. I know 2 people who have had to take 0.5mm off their SRAM calipers.

Can they not shim the caliper mounts so they they stand further away from the rotor?

It's not that - some are slightly larger diameter, and I thought Hope were slightly thicker discs.

The latest Hope rotors have all adopted the standard sizes of 140,160,180 across the range. Some older versions were about 3mm wider
