One of my V1s ( i have had it 4 years) stopped working on the last FNRttC

13 october sent from Brussels to Hope and when I got home last night it had arrived back. They put a new circuit board in free of charge and no charge for the postage. I am very impressed.

Sorry for the hijacking (is this hijacking) ? I dunno, anyway, I have some small Hope parts on my hit list, anodized spacers & bolt type (not QR) seat post collar & possibly bar ends too.

My question is, am I good to go, quality wise with Hope ?
I will be fitting out 2 bikes with same parts.

My experience is brilliant customer service but pretty average reliability from their products.

Which products and what went wrong?

note: all I have is the Vision 1. May buy the newer model. Am well pleased - wished I'd discovered the light earlier.
