New login according to some of that @Glenn

as for browser? I dont think i changed ? I use chrome as far as i know.
and i just logged out yesterday to login again to speed up hotmail as the site tends to go slow if you stay logged in for weeks..

Have you tried resetting Chrome to it's defaults, enter chrome://settings/ in the address bar, the advanced settings.
