Can't believe I've only just found this thread. But anyway, a few images from a bike tour in Morocco a few years ago. These are in Sidi Ifni, which was a Spanish enclave (called Santa Cruz del Mar Pequeña) up until the 1960s, and was built as a planned town in the 1930s with its key buildings in Spanish art deco style. It is a fantastic-looking place.

Have found out that the Next was built as a Woolworths in 1934.
What about yours @PeteXXX ?

Scouring the Chronical & Echo archive, I came across this pic..

It used to be Burtons until an RAF bomber crashed onto it in 1941. Possibly the whole Art Deco corner plot was Burtons, too? 🤔

Pic taken this morning shows the corner plot & newer brick building built, I guess, post war.
