The older I get, the faster I used to be ...
The advice, Roadrash, was in my opening post.
OK I've sorted it just gone through your OP and this is what it amounts to:

Don't overdo it.
Don't chat. Fit a mirror

Don't use drops. Don't wear black.

Dont ride with your back to the traffic (?)

Split into smaller groups to enable easier overtaking. (That's OK - but sometimes it is better to double up, thus creating a shorter 'vehicle'). Pull in and let vehicles past after 30seconds (?)

Wear Hi Viz

That can't be all can it?

OK, if you feel my advice is merely opinion and wrong, then here's your opportunity to put me right and, more importantly give valuable advice to other cyclists to help avoid mishap, which is what this forum is about. BTW, someone asked if I would drive into someone standing in the road. Of course not. That wasn't the question. It was 'Would you stand in the road...?' Not would I do?

ok i will try one last time ....tell me where you have given any ADVICE, what have you advised any one to do,........... your opening post gives your opinion, your view on things , if your really struggling with the difference between advice and opinion i suggest you try a dictionary for clarification
