how do i book bike on train from edinburgh

im doing the pfs (pedal for scotland )on sun and hopefully getting the train back ,iv been told to try and book the bike on in advance ,rather than just turning up and potentially not getting on cos of the bike
any tips on this ,iv been on the scotrail website but i cant see a section for pre booking a bike

A queuing system will be in operation at Haymarket and Edinburgh Waverley, and cycles will be accommodated only on a first come first serve basis.

Why did you not just book the organized bus service for you and the bike back?

Use the southern, chiltern, east coast or redspottedhankey websites and there's an option for booking bikes in the system. Though if it's PfS then it looks like be special rules on that day

Jim, you don't, First don't let you book on their Edinburgh - Glasgow trains its a first come first served basis.
