How do I report bad driving in the West Mids ?

Hello all,

In 30+ years of cycling I have never known the driving standards to be so bad and what was a one a month occurrence now seems to be a daily thing ( sometimes multiple times a day) I am finally installing a bike cam to catch some of it but wondered who/where should I report it to in the West Midlands, any ideas ?
