How do I tell what cassette is fitted on my 11 speed road bike?

CSR7000 (Shimano 105 11sp cassette) is about £50. Can do better by shopping around. 11S chain is about £20.

Not cheap, and you can definitely spend more by choosing Ultegra or other versions, or by not shopping around. If challenged I could probably manage to spend £115.

Depends what spec you buy; find me an 11-34 HG700 for less than £55 from a reputable source and I'll eat your hat.

11-34 is indeed more difficult find. But Canyon has it for £45

Or just go 10 speed! Shimano 10 SPD cassettes easily found for under £25.
Earlier this year I dismantled a 7 speed bike , I have kept the parts but sold the frame . That leaves me with 8 speed x1 9 speed x3 and my new 11 speed . I’m not planning to complete the set with a 10 speed .
