How do you cope with sweat?

If your not sweating your not trying Always wear a cap even in summer as sweat still runs down but nowhere near as bad as without.

cap under the helmet till it's soaked, remove wring out repeat as necessary.

I did 25 miles on Saturday morning and wrung a cupful of moisture out of the Halo headband !

It held onto a staggering amount of fluid.

I don't sweat that much, its mostly limited to my back (rucksack).
I have to watch out for my ponytail ending up inside my collar and getting all sweaty, yuck.

its really light and it fits nicely under a helmet, you don't even know its there. It made a massive difference to me being able to actually keep my eyes open

Its super absorbent and holds literally a bucket load of sweat
