Yes, I know, I know...
Take him up the Matterhorn and give him a push...
Actually this ought to be called a roulade instead, since it's savoury. Blue cheese, celeriac, spinach, lots of goodies in it,:tongue::tongue::tongue: Last year's was a bit of a disaster, tasted fine but refused to roll up (they are difficult to do!). This time, my wife (with a bit of help from me) has produced a real tour-de-force, don't you agree?

Surely this has got to be the show-stopper for Xmas lunch...

So, what unusual things have the rest of you been preparing?

For me Turkey, Roast Potatoes, Swede with black pepper, brussel sprouts and a good thick gravy. It's not very original and for sure I won't be getting that out here, but I'll still dream on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When the Savoy shuts, spandex opens!
Great menu...the 'cunfit' made me glance and snigger...:?:
I'll have the veg option too please, not two, but I'd like all three.

Great roulade pete. 10/10 for photographic presentation also - perfectly framed, with coordinating dish and tablecloth. Top!
