I ride a lot in morocco and when there is a tooting from behind , its just to let you know they're behind you and passing . The city is crammed with cars mopeds and bikes and everyone gets on wonderfully ! so whats the problem with this shithole of a country ?

I've done the opposite - had a car that I didn't recognise come past with what I thought was a friendly beep, so I assumed it was someone in the office. Asking around failed to find anyone, so if that driver was trying to communicate "F off out of my way" they failed...
