Minimum 15 miles return - 22 miles the longer route (which I tend to do more often), and I'll do 25-30 miles at least 2-3 times a week with going to other sites.

Still a lightweight compared to many on here !

Of the 10-15 regular cyclist's where I work, most seem to do <5 mile return trip.Only 3 of us do more than 15 miles, mine is 19ish total.

I do either 20 or 30 miles a day depending on whether I use the train in the morning. I started with a folder, and doing 12 miles a day, at the end of the 1st week I was cream crackered. Now I am fine. Also I would recomend starting if you have the option in a month or so when the weather warms. Last year was my 1st winter and I was thinking I had had enough by late Jan. This year has been fine, either better kit and more used to it, or just this year is different? Either way if you start when it is cold and horrible it is harder to keep going!

6 mainly down hill to work, 6 mainly uphill home. Soon to be 8 and half each way 5 days a week and still mainly uphill homewards. Had a few weight issues to begin with as it just fell off but I fuel myself better these days.

Hi, 8 mile commute for me, 4 mile downhill on the way in, and 4 mile uphill on the way home. 5-6 days a week in all conditions.
