How long should a shower be?

Showers should be as long and as hot as you can stand

Baths even longer ;-)

Given current climatic conditions, I am having a shower from whenever I step outside the door until whenever I come back inside again.

I can't understand people who like lying in their own dirty water, and I haven't had a lie-down bath for at least 15 years.

Showers on the other hand, often 2 a day this time of year and sometimes more, but nearly always short and functional in the middle category.

About ten to fifteen minutes but no longer as I am on propane gas cylinders at seventy pounds for two every three weeks.

Of course the big advantage of a bath is being able to play with my toy boats
