Love my shower, and take my time in it while I brush my teeth, shave, and wash. With the amount of water that falls out of the sky here, I don't really care how much water I use; it's not as if we're short of the stuff! At least 10 minutes as a ballpark figure.

I'm following this with interest! I'll just let the kids know that an hour is a bit excessive, my electricity bill is shocking( i sound like my dad)

Before work, if I am driving, 5 mins. If not, how long is a piece of string?
Genuinely cannot remember the last time I had a bath. Even if I am working away from home, I put up with the hotel curtain in the bath pish.
Love my home shower as do my family. Have one of those indulgent cabins with multiple jets/heads, seat, water choice from cold to > 40, steam facility and radio. Could even connect the 'phone if I wanted to.. Even the basic shower head on a flexible tube in it, is a joy.
Not very eco friendly, but have been known to spend half an hour in there..

I often have a bath in the morning depending on how I feel and if I have enough time to "puddle" ^_^ about.
If I need to get on on and get going I have a quick shower but quick would be 10 mins.
I also like a wee shower after a long soak.

So there we have it, you waste time shaving.

Depends.

If i have been called into work and need to get there asap it's around 5 minutes.

Normal working day then it's 10 minutes.

Day off then probably it's 15 minutes.

I did have one of those water saving things whereby it turned a different colour when you had used what the makers thought was a sensible amount of water. It got binned. I never did manage to rinse myself in time before the colour changed and as for washing my hair, well as i said, it got binned.

In my vast experience of living with various females of various ages, my theory is that the time spent in the shower is directly proportional to the length of their hair. All the males in my shower monitoring career have had short hair.
