Bouncy Castle man failed to show up for my young daughters birthday party today . When I called him he was clearly in the pub and had forgotten the booking despite confirming by email and text. He then called back and said the delivery mans van had broken down and he would bring it, albeit 30 minutes late . He didn't show up, all the kids were gutted . Do you know anyone who has sunk lower than that?

If you've paid him, then you can kick up a big stink. Local paper, the lot. I would.

I would consider, depending on his response, asking for some kind of compensation if you had to book and get alternative entertainment at cost due to his no-show
