A -6.5 deg C ride earlier this year. It was 55 miles I think with no hydration because of the frozen bottle.
I don't remember the last time I was properly cold on the bike though, all about getting your clothes right.

whatever temp it went down to in 2010-2011 in "the big freeze" . no such thing as bad weather/too cold, just inappropriate clothing . and its not hyperbole it is actually true.

Not if you've got poor circulation

Wind and rain don't really bother me too much, almost enjoy the challenge. But cycling when it's freezing is just waiting to crash, in a great deal of discomfort

What you mean like primary raynauds ? My mother suffers with this , well she did till she was placed in an EMI nursing home with a temperature approaching" surface of the sun " dud to her dementia . Appropriate clothing was her solution when I was a kid , add clothes before you start to feel cold , as when you start to feel cold it's already too late was her standard phrase.

-15C-ish when we had that cold spell just before Christmas 4-5years ago. Took the bike over to Finland for a weeks messing about in the snow the same year, but it wasn't any colder. Money well spent...
