How many extra miles/km do you add on

I never add on extra miles. Lunchtime footie knackers me out, so I take the shortest route back!!!

no ore than 3 miles, I tend to do a circle of Hyde park first thing (at the end of my ride) which helps to warm down and provides good opportunity for a natter with my ride buddy. Additionally I may push past bromley to hayes on the way home occasionally.

Either way none of it adds up to more than 3 miles.

So 23 miles is the most I'll ever ride either in or out.
