It's lazy feckin' dog owners. We see it around here too, poo bags hanging in trees and bushes etc

They've gone to the trouble of carrying poo bags, and even picking the stuff up, but then, (presumably), they couldn't find a bin soon enough so it gets tossed, feckin' idiots
