I often see ladies out leisure cycling maybe with the kids in tow. But its very rare indeed to see the more serious lady bikers. Which is a shame.

Female, commuter, not London. Just come back from cycling round the Isle of Man at the weekend. I don't like the "ladies' " stuff at all - don't do pink, or flowers.

Well unlike a lot of you I like pink (not that baby woosy pink) and I have just discovered that this year the Altura Night Vision is going to be produced in pink ... and my previous one seems to be loosing its waterproofness a bit ... here it is in all its pinkness:

Looks as if they have moved the pocket down and made 2 instead - hopefully still zipped. Though I note not available till November.

I quite like that. Pretty visible in daylight, unlike the black, but not the usual hi-viz yellow.

Cathryn got hers from Minx, and I found mine in the Evan's store (which meant I could try it on for size) - its the only store that stocks a reasonable amount of female clothing. I don't mind buying over the internet if I already own some of that clothing as then I have a feel for the size/fit. I haven't had a gillet before but I'm finding it great for those in between days... just takes the edge of the wind or if just a bit damp.

Thanks girls. I've also spotted this. The sleeves come off and it turns into a gillet. Decisions.
