Itching to get back on my bike's

1.5 miles 4 times day if lucky and 3.5 times a week at min
I've been cycling since March 2010, and my route is about 5.8-7.1 (5.8 takes me up a steep hill, 7.1 around it). I commute around 3 days a week as we are encouraged to work from home for 2. Just for interest, I keep a Spreadsheet of the data on my basic cycle computer. I've attached it and hope that it's useful.
The first pic is a graph of average speed. I'm intrigued with the dip around the Winter. I'm not sure whether it's because the weather is miserable, I'm carrying more, or whether when I started I had more enthusiasm for going quickly. Either way, I'm interested to see if the average speed recovers in the Summer.
The second pic is a graph of the commuting miles. It's an estimate, as I record my journey in and double the mileage to make up the day's total. This wont always be 100% (as I often take the shorter route home, down the steep hill!), but it gives a rough indication for comparison.
(February is a poor result as I've been off the bike for about 3weeks now with an awful office cold.)
Hope this is useful.
