Congratulations - not a bad date for a brithday either!
Mrs G and I are both early 40's so I reckon have probably missed the boat by now. Don't know if fella's get the equivalent of what they call 'broody' but I certainly feel something like that these days - hard to describe really - but a kind sadness or some such that can be quite intense at times.

As long as I breathe, I attack.
im expecting to be told to "Jog on" for any bike related goodness for the forseable future (unless it involves kiwi JR getting a bike) so am glad to have ordered my cycle chat kit already!
Thats the way to do it, i started building a stock of tyres, inner tubes, brake pads etc to last me a while when i found out mini CK#2 was brewing, wife told me after her emergency c section if i want more kids i better look elsewhere, wife has what they call a difficult airway so they had probelms with the tube that goes in her throat .No more bikes for me for the forseeable future so i am glad i got the boardman on C2W.
Congrats BTW

Congratulations, MrsP's last incubation was 22 years ago, I still get a bit dewy eyed when couples are expecting.

Congratulations to the various parents of the babies above!!

I have some 40+ old friends who decided to have one recently. It seems rather strange when they are a similar age to me and yet their child is 15+ years younger!! In fact we are seeing them tomorrow to take him for his first bicycle trip in the Forest of Dean. Enjoy the years they fly past so fast.

And I love that new baby smell - but quite happy to smell other peoples babies rather than go back and have another now!
