Spoke to neighbour (new neighbour a bit weird) they say it's my responsible I said I doubt it as the previous neighbour has repaired it.
My question who responsible for that.
Your deeds should say. It's usually to the right (EDIT: when viewed from the front edge of the plot - not looking out the front door), but sometimes to the older house. Who got bored first and fixed it last time is irrelevant unless they were negligent.

Advice please, as you look at the garden from inside the house on the right side two panel and fence post has collapse and leaning towards my side. Spoke to neighbour (new neighbour a bit weird) they say it's my responsible I said I doubt it as the previous neighbour has repaired it.

Just because your neighbour repaired it before doesn't necessarily mean it is their fence.
You need to dig out the plans showing your plot when you bought the house. Many of these have little T shapes drawn on the fences, the way the stalk of the T faces defines who owns the boundary (I can't remember which way round, but should be easy to find on the internet if your plan does show these things). Or the deeds to the house may specify whether or not the boundary is shared.

I've had various different neighbours. In one case the neighbour insisted it was my fence and I couldn't disprove it - it was only a couple of panels so I just coughed up. In my last house fences on both sides needed repair at various stages. I think the deeds said shared fences, but in both cases (i.e. both neighbours) we just paid half each. Same in my current house - it does depend on how well you get on with your neighbours.

So the neighbour fixed it last time, and you think the neighbour should sort it again? Isn't that just a teensy weensy bit selfish on your part?
Not necessarily, no - it depends whose responsibility it is to mend the fence.

Not really. Interfering with other people's property can cause lasting upset, so it seems worth doing it right, especially if the neighbour is uncooperative.

Have you got the plans for the house? They normally show who is responsible for a particular fence. When our old next door neighbour's decided to replace a short fence with a 2m one they wanted us to pay half of it. There was no way I was paying for something they were responsible for (the only side we weren't responsible for according to the plans) when I also didn't want it. The old one was fine they just wanted privacy!

I had a torrid time.

My recycling bin blew over and all the cans and bottle were blown across my lawn.
However, against all the adversity, we all pulled together and managed to sort things and get it all cleared up.

My question who responsible forthe fence? I always thought the fence on the right side is the neighbour responsible
Usually the person responsible is the one with the bad side showing.

But not always as in my case when they put up the new fence they didn't want to see the bad side .... however that meant their workmen trampled all over my garden to do so! And again when bits fell down.

Our fence has the "bad" side on our side because it's mostly behind tall shrubs and climbing plants, whereas the neighbours see bare fence and we basically like them so didn't see any reason to ugly their rather regimented garden.

This year, the fences have stayed up. One shed roof has started flapping when the wind is in one particular direction, but I was replacing it this spring anyway because it's worn thin and looks like a bit of a bodge by some previous owner anyway - it's a tiny shed but the roof looks like five or six pieces of felt.
