how many recumbents in your village

I am in a village in norfolk, described by my london friends as
" the back of beyond",
and we have 3 recumbents riders in the village,
all are 2 wheels front.
Is there anybody who can beat three ?

I haven't seen any in Leeds this year. I think we sent them all to Norfolk.

I've never seen any regularly in Monmouth, but occasionally we might get one going past my front door on the end to end.

I've not seen any lately, the last I saw was on the Etape Caledonia ride and he was going a fair lick. I pass a woman with a child often in a trailer but sometimes the kid is on a thing a bit like a bent but attached to the front of the woman's bike.

I've never actually seen one around this area... in fact the only one I've ever seen was ridden by a Doctor who was attending the same IT course as me down at an RAF base (can't remember where it was). I had my place paid for by work and he paid for himself out of interest in the software.

I'd never even heard of recumbents before seeing his bike.

Didn't try it out (wasn't a cyclist myself then) but it looked like fun.

In my 'village' of Leicester I've only ever seen 1 recumbent on the roads.
"Possibly the only 'bent in the village."
