How many tyres are in your bike shed?

I have 12 tyres on my bikes, plus 7 'spares'....
2x Conti Gatorskins 23mm
2x folding Michelin XLS 2.0
1x Spech Fast track 2.0
1x Conti X King 2.2
1x Folding Conti Explorer 2.1

They all have plenty of riding left in them so, obviously, I can't dispose of them!

My Croix de Far is currently running 28c gatorskins, in the summer I switch to 25c Gators and I also have 32c cont CX. My Rockhopper is my village bike and runs 1.5inch slicks but swap to 1.95 XC for any trails. Each tyre change transforms the character of the bike for changing conditions.

2x 27x1.1/4 on a projact bike thats never been used
2x brand new 25c modest quality tyres on a spare wheelset.
1x 25 Gator on one of my old Bianchi wheels
Probably a couple others as well..likely to be some used Gators I cant bring myself to throw away.

I don't have either a shed or a garage and can only muster 10. My thumbs have decreed that the off bike ones in the bike larder should have wired rims and the ones on the bikes must have folders.
